Thanks for celebrating National Library Week with us. In our drawing, Deena Thao won the “Books, I need more Books” t-shirt, Joshua Xiong won the “library books” canvas bag, and Thi Ton won the bookends.
Here are the suggestions for things the library could loan. While we think it would be fun to lend puppies and kittens, the logistics are difficult. But we'll look into some of the other suggestions.
Last, but not least, people filled our book cart with post-it notes containing what they are currently reading.

April is National Poetry Month!
Poetry
month is a national celebration to increase awareness and appreciation of
poetry in popular culture. The library is displaying a variety of poetry books
from classic to modern. Minnesota poets, classic poets, and contemporary poetry
books are available for your enjoyment. Poetry books written by Century faculty
are also featured. Celebrate poetry and its vital place in American culture by
reading a poem or two!
