April is National Poetry Month!

Poetry month is a national celebration to increase awareness and appreciation of poetry in popular culture. The library is displaying a variety of poetry books from classic to modern. Minnesota poets, classic poets, and contemporary poetry books are available for your enjoyment. Poetry books written by Century faculty are also featured. Celebrate poetry and its vital place in American culture by reading a poem or two!

Library Hours During Spring Break

Spring break is almost here! The library will be open, but hours will be reduced. Here's our spring break schedule:

Saturday, March 14, 9 am - 3 pm

Monday - Friday, March 16 - 20, 8 am - 4 pm
Saturday, March 21, CLOSED

We will resume regular hours on March 23.Enjoy your break!

Tired of Winter? Think Spring!

Spring is just around the corner! The library display case for March is featuring gardening and landscaping books. The display case is filled with a great variety of colorful books with beautiful photographs sure to inspire you. We have many books specific to Minnesota and Midwest gardens that can answer your gardening questions. Find out what is best to plant in Minnesota gardens and when to plant. We have ideas for container and small space gardens too. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced gardener, come to the library and get some great ideas for your garden!
